Renovation of press wheels (coller wheels) and matrices
If you need assistance with the renovation of press wheels and matrices, we will gladly lend you a hand. Send the components to us for inspection before renovation starts, as there are cases where it is not possible or worthwhile to renovate them.
All renovation is subject to an agreement with you as a client. Unless otherwise requested by you, we use bearings from German bearing manufacturer FAG in our renovation.
We renovate your matrices in our metalworking shop by milling the surface of the press wheels and then chamfering the holes. We can mill off damage of up to 2 mm as well as ordinary wear and tear, and have complete price lists for most common brands such as CPM, Andritz and Buhler.
Own manufacture in metalworking shop
Your spare parts are manufactured at our metalworking shop without go-betweens and with designers in the same premises as the production. Our excellent know-how in material alloys and our manufacturing competence enable us to maintain a high level of quality, while our measuring department safeguards the geometry of the items with a coordinate measuring machine before they are shipped to you as a client.

We stock spare parts with complete price lists for the most common brands such as CPM, Andritz and Buhler, so do not hesitate to get in touch with us so we can check if your particular model is available. We can also expand the range depending on your needs and requests.
We stock most common alloys in the shop in order to be able to start production quickly.
This means short lead times for you – from order placement until actual delivery.
Improvements, custom solutions, service life extension
If you would like to order spare parts with better material quality, we can offer spare parts exposed to hard wear and tear in harder alloys as well as in stainless steel. Most spare parts for pellet mills we manufacture are already made in a better alloy in “our”original design, but you improve this further, if you so desire.
This largely depends on the type of raw material you use, as certain raw materials are harder to wear than others.
